Exchange Token Issue Resolved
A recent update from our long-time partner, DeBridge—the service provider for KEYRING PRO Wallet’s token exchange functionality—introduced system enhancements to improve performance.
However, these changes inadvertently caused a conflict with the core code of the KEYRING PRO Wallet, resulting in issues with the in-app Exchange feature. This disruption created inconvenience for our users.
Upon identifying the issue, we immediately contacted our partner to resolve the conflict and promptly fixed the problem. Users can now use the Exchange feature within the app as intended.
Chain Deletion Feature
KEYRING PRO Wallet allows users to add any blockchain they choose, provided they have the necessary details such as Chain ID, network URL, currency symbol, and more. This feature has proven invaluable, especially for users who actively participate in airdrop campaigns, enabling them to add specific token chains, including Testnets, whenever needed.
However, adding too many chains can clutter the interface, particularly when creating a new wallet, as users may encounter a long list of chains—some of which may no longer be active or frequently used. Previously, there was no way to remove unused chains, but with the KEYRING PRO Wallet 4.3.0 Update, users can now easily manage their chains:
- Go to the Accounts tab.
- Scroll down and select Add Chain.
- View the list of chains you’ve added.
- Select the chain you wish to remove and confirm the deletion. Password or fingerprint authentication may be required for this action.
Important Note: While the term “delete” is used, KEYRING PRO Wallet does not completely remove the chain from the app. It is simply removed from the list of selectable chains when creating a new wallet. Additionally, the 12 default chains in the KEYRING PRO Wallet cannot be deleted.
