The KEYRING PRO Wallet 5.1.0 update is now live on Android and iOS with a few small tweaks—let’s take a look at what’s new.

This is a small update. While there are no new features this time, it focuses on improving the overall user experience.

Update UI

  • Removed Pancake icon in Liquidity Pool
    The Pancake icon in the KEYRING Liquidity Pool section has been removed. This is because some newly created pools from Pancake no longer return data.

    • New Pancake pools will not be supported in KEYRING PRO Liquidity going forward.

    • Existing Pancake pools already shown in KEYRING PRO will continue to be displayed and supported — only without the Pancake icon.

  • Unified token icon shapes
    All token icons are now round, instead of a mix of circles and squares like before — cleaner and easier on the eyes, right?

Update API

An API (Application Programming Interface) is a set of rules that lets different software systems communicate and share data with each other. In this update, we’ve made several API improvements:

  • Pancake Pool API
    As mentioned above, APIs for old Pancake pools will continue to be maintained and managed, but APIs for new Pancake pools will no longer fetch data.

  • API Level 35 for Android
    Updated to Android API Level 35 to ensure the best possible performance and compatibility.

  • API decode method
    Upgraded to Version 2 — up-to-date, smoother, and more reliable.

Small Changes and Bugs Fix

  • On both Android and iOS, KEYRING PRO Wallet will now be tagged as a Solana wallet on app stores.

    • KEYRING PRO is still a multichain wallet.

    • The “Solana Wallet” label was added to highlight and support Solana users.

  • Updated app store visuals with new images.

  • After completing an exchange, pressing Back once will now take you directly to the Home screen — set to the output chain — instead of going back to the previous screen or the originally selected chain.

  • When exchanging from EVM to Solana, token balances on the Solana chain will now display correctly on the “Select Coin” screen (previously, they didn’t load).

  • Miscellaneous small changes and random bug fixes to keep things fresh and stable.
